The key to our non-traditional bourbon is the high malted barley content (4x more than traditional recipes!). The malted barley combines with the spicy clove of the rye and the classic rich bourbon character of the corn. Made using our Slow Cut® proofing process (which takes weeks rather than days) we preserve all those finer whiskey flavors. It amounts to a robust but easy-drinking sipper that’s sure to become your go-to.
